a door to nowhere

There’s this beautiful door in center of Bled all by itself, the only remains of a house torn down. It stands there for a while now and as much as one can hope it to remain as it is, you can never be sure it will be there tomorrow. So here it is for you, in case it should disappear like the house it once belonged to.

Available on request as an affordable signed and numbered limited edition print or canvas transfer of up to 80 x 58 cm. As usual, also a wide-screen computer desktop wallpaper of up to 1920 x 1200 pixels.

rescue mission

we will rescue anyone, no matter what ...

This one is a remake of an old graphics based on a Pieta sculpture above the main entrance to one of  the Rab island churches. Since the original snapshot couldn’t be found, the famous Michelangelo’s sculpture was used as a reference instead. As usual it is available on request as an affordable signed and numbered limited edition print of up to A2 size (could be printed much bigger, but I’m not sure if it would work in large sizes).

Kamna gorica

This is a kind of a self - inflicted commision work. It shows the very essence of a small blackmisthing village in the Radovljica municipality in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia. It is the birthplace of painter Matevž Langus, who's portraits of Julija Primic and her little brother you can see in the upper windows of decaying Kappus mansion.

Kappus mansion

Kind of a self-inflicted commission to be presented to a young newly graduate from Kamna gorica. It shows the very essence of this small blackmisthing village in the Radovljica municipality in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia. It is the birthplace of painter Matevž Langus, who’s portraits of Julija Primic and her little brother are shown in the upper windows of now decaying Kappus mansion.

A wide-screen computer desktop wallpaper of up to 1920 x 1200 pixels. Available on request as an affordable signed and numbered limited edition print or canvas transfer of up to 114 x 74 cm.

Piran is an old Mmditerranean town and harbour ocuppying small peninsula of the same name. The town with its narrow streets and tight medieval houses is actually one large architectural museum. There isn’t a brick or stone in Piran that hasn’t been photographed, drawn or painted from every possible angle for about a gazillion times already. A widescreen computer desktop wallpaper of up to 1920 x 1200 pixels, ready for download.  Available on request as an affordable signed and numbered limited edition print or canvas transfer of up to 64 x 48 cm.
