Rescue Mission

we will rescue anyone, no matter what ...

This one is a remake of an old graphics based on a Pieta sculpture above the main entrance to one of  the Rab island churches. Since the original snapshot couldn’t be found, the famous Michelangelo’s sculpture was used as a reference instead. As usual it is available on request as an affordable signed and numbered limited edition print of up to A2 size (could be printed much bigger, but I’m not sure if it would work in large sizes).

Grossmann Festival of film and wine was launched in 2005 on 100th anniversary of Slovenian cinematography in Ljutomer, where first Slovenian motion pictures were made by the hand of Dr. Karol Grossmann. It featured a selection of unconventional movies and brought to Ljutomer most of their authors, which was something quite uncommon for Slovenian conditions. This tradition was carried on successfully, program and accompanying activities, like Zombie walk, were constantly upgraded and with time Grossmann became one of most interesting film events in this part of Europe.
